GRAPHOLOGY - Further Study
Venue: Missenden Abbey, Bucks, HP16 0BD
Date : 28 April 2012
Description: This class will move the basic graphological study further into the psychology of Carl Jung and other valued psychologists. For students who have already been to classes, it will be an opportunity to build on their basic knowledge and for new students it can still be a way of learning, as the early stages of the subject will be covered also, as the class progresses through the day. Finding out what makes people tick is an absolutely fascinating subject and each sample is unique, so there is always plenty to learn.

The text book that can be purchased (£5) is an ideal way of filling in the gaps and is a great aid to on-going personal study.

Tutor Elaine Quigley B.A. Hons, M.B.I.G. (Dip) has been a tutor at Missenden Abbey for over 25 years and has a huge number of interesting samples of not only the famous and infamous but of many people who have offered their handwriting for analysis.

You are also invited to bring along samples to the class and share the task of analysing them.

Graphology Summer School at Missenden
Venue: Missenden Abbey, Great Missenden, Bucks, HP16 0BD
Date : 30 July 2012
Description: A SUMMER school - Graphology for beginners - will take place 4 mornings 9.30am - 12.30pm on Mon - Thur 30 July to 2 August 2012.

Students will be introduced to the fascinating subject of Graphology and how it can be used effectively and productively.

Four mornings will just whet the appetite, but there will be further classes available during the autumn and the following year and there are on-going lectures available around the country, for those who wish to take up the subject in more depth.

Students are encouraged to bring interesting samples of writing that they may have and about which they might like to find out more, but there will be plenty of samples to investigate as they develop more knowledge of the subject through working together and adding psychological features to their understanding.

Tutor Elaine Quigley, B.A. Hons, M.B.I.G. (Dip), has been working with Graphology for almost 30 years and has experience in areas such as recruitment, counselling and career guidance, as well as representing Graphology in the Media when questions crop up about documents that emerge in the news.

The aim of the course is to encourage people to learn about interpersonal understanding that teaches them to analyse handwriting in a positive and helpful way. This enables them to recognise best options and also to encourage those who have skills that could be developed.
