She is independent (upright position of letters) and responsive to people (rounded letter forms). The layout is reasonably calm, but it shows that pressure can be stressful if she's not in control of the situation (some mingling of letters). She comes across as natural and friendly (the flowing script), but is at her best when in control (the left side of the page which represents her space, is more comfortable). Once others infringe her space, she can feel pressurized. By being fair and ready to listen (some curved 't' bars from base of the stem and the open lower zone), she puts people at their ease and so can keep things running smoothly. What she doesn't like is confrontation (open lower zone). However, she is a shrewd judge of situations and tries to have a rounded viewpoint. Accuracy is important and she will probe for the right answers, seen from the points at the top of the "m's". This is reinforced with words slanting down to the left, such as "appeared" and "weren't" The way that she crosses some of her "t's" produces small triangles in the middle zone. This shows she can sometimes get frustrated when she is hampered in doing things her way as she proceeds through her day.
